Gua Sha Jade

On the previously lightly oiled skin, the Gua Sha is moved in approximately 10cm long strokes. The pressure is increased gradually, stroke by stroke. The Gua Sha should be moved carefully along the muscles from the inside to the outside, i.e. always away from the nose.

 Tip: Gua Sha can also be applied very well under the shower, e.g. after a strenuous, stressful day at work.

Cleaning: Clean the stone under clear, running water after each application. Dab with a soft cloth or let it air dry. This gentle cleaning preserves the delicate nature of the gemstones for a particularly long time.
